About Us
Truesource is looking for Advertising Sales Reps who want to make over $100,000 a year and can sell our various services to businesses and organizations. You will be selling, cross-promotion advertising services. Truesource has a brand called 365 Prime Advertising, and WE need Sales Reps to sell those services. Your primary focus will be getting businesses and organizations to buy advertising services with our company. We are seeking to package all our services as a One-Stop shop for businesses and organizations.
Cross- Promotion & Direct Mail Advertising
CROSS – PROMOTION ADVERTISING: Get the chance to sell cross-promotion advertising services with realtors, insurance agents, bankers, lenders, contractors, and restaurants. We have a cross-promotion advertising program that is a win-win situation for advertisers and businesses taking part in this program. More information on this during your interview. But this is where you will make the most of your salary. You can make over $100,000 a year just by selling this particular service. Plus, you will make every one of these companies a print customer where you will make even more money.
DIRECT MAIL ADVERTISING: We are looking to expand our Direct Mail and EDDM business by selling more services looking to do Direct Mail. We have the best prices on Direct Mail- GUARANTEED! We want to find more customers and that’s where you come in. It also has a Cross- Promotion Aspect to it. Help sell Direct Mail campaigns.
What we are looking for…
We need at least 1 or 2 reps in every major market in the United States. We are looking for full-time and part-time Advertising Sales Reps. This is a job that can be worked remotely. It’s a job where you can work as a full-time job or a part-time gig. If you’re looking for a part-time gig for extra money, this is perfect for you. You can sell some of our services or all of our services to businesses and organizations. If your specialty is in a certain area when it comes to marketing and sales then you can focus on that one area, but sales reps that try and sell all of our services will make more money. Our goal is to package all our services together from printing to advertising to general marketing and brand awareness!
Salary
The salary starts at 100% commission. We do not start sales and marketing reps with a base salary or sales draw until they have proven that they can sell our products. You can be eligible for base pay or a sales draw within 90 days. Our commission percentages range from 5% to 40% commission depending on what you are selling. Each of our products has a different commission percentage, but Advertising has the best commission rates where you can make the most money. But like all commission sales, you have the potential to make over 100K a year by marketing and selling all our services.
What is Required!
We are looking for sales reps who have some sales experience. You must have at least one year of sales experience with B2B sales, direct sales, and cold calling. Sales Experience is a must… an absolute must. We will not interview anybody who does not have sales experience. Even Marketing reps have some sales experience. Retail or Customer Service does not count as sales experience. If you do not have sales experience then you will not get an interview.
- You are required to follow our daily marketing plan every day or on the days that you work if you are part-time. You must be willing to do everything listed in our daily marketing plan.
- You must have a cell phone and can use email.
- You are required to follow up with your sales manager every day at least through email or the days that you work if you are part-time, giving them a rundown of what you did that day to get sales. You are not required to work on the weekends!
- You are required to be professional at all times including being professional with your boss and this company. If you accept this position and then take another job, you are required to give notification that you are doing so, you will forfeit all commissions from customers you have spoken to and then buy advertising from us.
- You are required to live in the United States. Right now, we’re only hiring people who live in the United States.
- You must have sales experience.
What You Will Receive
We will provide all marketing materials to you including business cards. You will NOT have to buy a sales kit or purchase anything to do this job. All that is required is that you show up and work every day or the days that you plan on working if you are part-time. We are willing to give anybody a shot that meets our requirements.
